Role Overview
The Finance Support Intern will provide temporary support to the Finance team at Gulf Multi Sport Unit. The role focuses on collating financial data, documentation, and supporting schedules in line with company requirements within a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
- Collate data & other information as per finance team request.
- Passing AP,AR & Petty cash entries into the accounting system.
- Raising LPO's and Quotes in systems.
- Arrange intercompany & bank confirmations.
- Assist the team in ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare ADHOC reports as and when required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, reconciliation).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Proficient in Excel and basic financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet audit deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
