Finance Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Team Leader to lead our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support the finance team in daily operations.

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Review and approve financial transactions and reconciliations.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Improve financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in a finance leadership or senior finance role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

He/she will report directly to the Finance Manager
