Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales professional located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Sales professional will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions, cultivating strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering guidance on life, health, and financial products. Daily tasks include identifying and acquiring potential clients, preparing customized policies, and delivering excellent customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Experience in Insurance, Health Insurance, and working within an Insurance Brokerage environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with an ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Effective communication, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
- Experience in the Egyptian insurance industry is a plus
