Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Excel, Power BI, and financial data extraction from
Trial Balances and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze financial data from Trial Balances and GL systems
- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and identify key trends
- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI
- Prepare reports and insights for management decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation with accounting teams
- Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis/accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
- Strong understanding of Trial Balance & financial statements
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
