Job Position: Financial Analyst (Real estate investments)
Job location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)
Salary: Max upto AED 25,000 + with benefits
Experience: Real estate investment management in Dubai is required + Banking experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- CFA or financial modeling certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- 35 years in investment banking, private equity, or real estate credit.
- At least 1- 2 years experience in real estate credit in Dubai - For real estate developer projects
- Strong exposure to financial modeling ( Excel) and deal evaluation.
- Experience in the GCC real estate or capital markets together with banking.
- Experience in corporate finance is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
Investment & Deal Support
- Build detailed financial models and analyze investment structures.
- Conduct market, project, and developer due diligence.
- Support investment memos, pitch decks, and investor materials.
- Track and report on investment performance and KPIs.
Strategic & Operational Contribution
- Help establish and refine internal processes and tools for Fund operations.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external service providers.
- Support early investor out reach and relationship management.
- Engage in day-to-day operations of the Fund, including reporting and pipeline tracking.
