Job Purpose
To support the digital transformation initiatives within the Finance function by assisting in implementation, data management, and reporting automation. The role will focus on developing Power BI dashboards, supporting D365 and Data Lake data handling, and improving reporting efficiency.
The role will act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and business teams to enhance reporting efficiency, automation, and data governance.
Key Accountabilities
Digital Initiatives Support
- Assist in implementation of digital finance initiatives, including D365, Data Lake, and Adaptive Insights integration and new projects.
- Assist in improving and automating finance processes.
Data Management
- Maintain and validate finance data from D365 and Data Lake.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting.
Power BI & Analytics
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards based on finance data.
- Create executive dashboards in accordance with requirements
- Enable self-service analytics.
Financial Systems Enhancement
- Improve reporting through automation.
- Assist in Integration of ERP, planning, and reporting tools.
- Support real-time analytics.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with Finance and IT teams for data and reporting needs.
- Train users on dashboards.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive reporting efficiency and innovation.
- Adopt new technologies where relevant.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in finance transformation / analytics.
- Strong Power BI experience.
- Analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
- Advanced Excel, ERP (D365, Adaptive Insight) exposure preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
