We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through precise reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and reforecast templates to support quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Performance Analysis: Track revenues, expenses, and profitability metrics to evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Budget & Cost Management: Assist in developing budgets, ensuring accurate allocations, and maintaining compliance with internal financial procedures.
- Data & Systems Management: Manage financial data across multiple systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel), ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis and reporting.
- Business Insight & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through data-driven analysis, supporting leadership with recommendations for financial strategy and investment decisions.
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling financial information
