Job Description

The Planning & Performance Monitoring/Financial Analyst should implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish measure performance of the Company's portfolio of PC.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
  • Monitor quarterly and monthly reports.
  • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex information and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Support senior management team and departments heads with in-depth analysis.
  • Report and analyze Ad-Hoc.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze the causes of unexpected variance.
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in menu pricing, new store as well marketing programs as new projects.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: bachelor's degree in business (Finance major)
  • Special Certification or Training Required: MBA is preferred.
  • Technological Requirements: Advanced MS Excel (create macros and complex formulas)
  • Language Requirements: Excellent command of English.
