Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst with around 1 year of experience to support financial planning, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spotting trends, and translating data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, costs, and profitability
- Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business cases
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Track cash flow, expenses, and working capital
- Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial models)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or financial dashboards
- Progress toward CFA, ACCA, or CPA
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or SQL
