An established and fast-growing real estate developer in Riyadh is seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to support financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across a diverse property portfolio. This is a high-impact role working closely with development, leasing, facilities management, and senior leadership to deliver insight that shapes investment and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain advanced financial models for developments, feasibility studies, and portfolio analysis

Analyse ROI, NPV, IRR, and cash flows to support investment and development decisions

Prepare variance analysis and performance reporting against budgets and forecasts

Support annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting across business units

Develop and automate dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau for KPI and management reporting

Deliver scenario, sensitivity, and investment analysis for acquisitions, disposals, and strategic initiatives

Ensure financial accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement of reporting and BI processes

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

Professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are highly regarded

Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or investment analysis within real estate or asset management

Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability

Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau

Commercially astute, analytical, and confident, engaging with senior stakeholders
