Professional Experience Required:
- Business finance or other relevant experience
- Hub or shared service experience
- Inter-company, accounts receivable, P2P, O2C responsibilities
- audit experience, preferred big four.
- exposure to projects EPC/construction sector, manufacturing background is a plus.
- exposure to developing/adopting policies and procedures and control set and monitoring.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- providing insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periods.
- Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses, draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc business analyses.
- Demonstrate appropriate understanding/working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
- Identify and implement opportunities to resolve financial issues, and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
Technical Skills Required:
- English fluency both written and spoken.
- French is a plus.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Power Bi is a plus.
- Familiar with data analysis and dashboard development
- Strong IFRS foundation and application.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Accounting/Finance.
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
- Years of Experience 2 to 5.
