- Lead the financial operations, including monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Drive FP&A functions, including variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Oversee cost management initiatives and support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and executive teams to support business growth.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- CA or ACCA certification (mandatory).
- Strong experience in the healthcare sector (hospital or large healthcare group preferred).
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and financial systems.
- Candidates with UAE or GCC healthcare experience are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
