Ownership Oversight & Financial Governance
- Monitor hotel financial performance and ensure alignment with ownership's strategic and investment goals.
- Review and validate monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts submitted by the hotel operator.
- Analyze variances and provide commentary on operational results, CAPEX execution,and cash flow.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare consolidated financial reports for the owning company, including asset-level P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including board members and audit committees.
Budgeting, CAPEX & Lifecycle Expenditures
- Review and challenge hotel budgets, including preopening and PIP (Property Improvement Plan) expenditures.
- Track CAPEX execution against approved plans and ensureprocedural integrity in procurement and approvals.
- Support long-term asset planning and ROI analysis for renovations, repositioning, or brand transitions.
ERP System Oversight
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for financial,and asset management functions.
- Ensure system configuration aligns with the company-specific chart of accounts,and reporting formats.
- Maintain audit trails,approval workflows, and real-time dashboarding capabilities.
Asset Tracking & Digital Archiving
- Oversee the Asset Tracking, including tagging, depreciation schedules, and reconciliation with accounting records.
