Financial Controller

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Financial Controller to be based in Riyadh.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Provide strategic financial direction, guidance & leadership.
• Review and assess commercial conditions, discounts, and pricing strategies to optimise profitability.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors by tracking their pricing and discount strategies to remain competitive in the market.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to KSA.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of Finance experience, preferably within the FMCG/Pharmaceuticals industry.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, controlling, and business partnering.
• Experience with commercial conditions and discounting strategies.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic preferred.
