As we scale, we are looking for a highly capable Financial Controller to take full ownership of financial performance, reporting, and commercial finance operations across the business.
Candidate must be UAE based, however, this is a Remote Role with in person meetings monthly
What You'll Do- Take ownership of financial performance across live trips and destination projects, ensuring strong control over budgets, cost tracking, and key financial KPIs
- Develop and maintain trip budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and real-time profitability visibility
- Monitor margins, cost variances, and overhead allocations, intervening early to protect profitability
- Drive timely billing, collections, and payment cycles with strong accuracy and discipline
- Maintain forward-looking cash flow forecasts and improve funding visibility across operations
- Review pricing assumptions, financial risks, and profitability for new trips and initiatives
- Produce monthly management reports covering performance, WIP, accruals, provisions, and key financial insights
- Strengthen internal financial controls and coordinate with external auditors and accountants
- Lead budgeting processes and quarterly re-forecasting across the business
- Supervise and develop a lean finance support team
- Partner closely with operations, procurement, and leadership teams to drive commercial performance
- Identify financial risks early and ensure proper provisioning for cost overruns, refunds, and operational changes
- Promote financial discipline, accountability, and strong governance across the organisation
What We're Looking For- 610+ years experience in financial control, commercial finance, or management accounting roles
- Strong experience preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling capability
- Commercial mindset with ability to understand margins, pricing, and business drivers
- Experience working with US accounting systems, reporting standards, or multi-entity environments
- Experience in travel, hospitality, services, or project-based industries is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage financial processes in a fast-growth environment
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work closely with senior leadership
