Role OverviewWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Financial Coordination Assistant to support the finance team in managing financial operations, reporting, and administrative tasks. In this role, you will coordinate financial activities, assist with transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and efficient in handling financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating financial activities, including payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial records, databases, and documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners regarding financial matters.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and internal control activities as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of financial processes, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable and financial coordination tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
