Role Summary:
This role will include leading and building advanced corporate and project finance models, conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis, preparing materials for lenders and rating agencies, and supporting strategic decision-making for senior stakeholders including PIF and the Board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex corporate/ project finance models
- Conduct debt sizing, leverage analysis and cash flow forecasting to determine the optimal capital structure
- Prepare financial presentations for Board, Shareholder, Lenders, Rating Agencies and Investors
- Support due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and financing documentation
- Provide valuation, WACC, and financing structure analysis
Requirements:
- +8 years experience, with at least 3 years in project or infrastructure finance.
- Expert-level Excel and proven ability to build models from scratch.
- Experience with debt financing transactions; GCC/airport/infrastructure preferred.
- CFA Level 1 or higher preferred.
