Financial Planning & Analysis - Senior Manager - EMEA

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – FP&A to support financial planning and analysis across the EMEA region. This role will partner closely with regional leadership to drive profitability, improve financial performance, and ensure strong financial governance across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between HQ FP&A, Global Finance Office, and regional finance teams
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across EMEA
- Support leadership on P&L management, cost control, and performance tracking (KPIs)
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and regional financial packs
- Oversee ledger close processes, cash flow reporting, and AR aging
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Commercial, etc.) on financial matters
- Ensure compliance with PPG financial policies and controls
- Lead process improvements and enhance reporting quality
- Support new project analysis and regional financial initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – CMA/MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A within a reputable global organization
- Experience working in a regional / multi-country environment
- Strong financial modelling, reporting, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, and financial controls
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
- Fluency in English is required
