Role Description

This is a role for a Financial Planning Analyst located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Financial Planning Analyst will be assist in analysing financial data, preparing , forecasting financial performance, . The role also involves identifying trends, providing insights, and assisting in the development of financial strategies to enhance the organization's financial health and growth.

Qualifications:

We're looking for a candidate with exceptional speed and accuracy in Excel, strong FP&A modelling skills.

Key requirements :

1. Arabic Nationality (Preferred)

2. Very strong and fast Excel madling skills , with FP&A Level (Mandatory)

3. Strong Experience in POWER PI (Essential)

4. Proven FP&A experience within Real estate Development Companies in the UAE (Mandatory)

5. Management Dashboard/Scorecard variances Dashboard/MIS Report (Mandatory)

6. Big 4 background (Preferred)

The Candidate should be able to :

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning, and Forecasting to help manage and monitor the organization's financial performance reports and variances reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Excel Modelling to evaluate data and develop actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in financial software such as D365.
