ROLE PURPOSE:
This position plays a critical role in managing the financial planning and analysis function across the EME region. The FP&A Manager will lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitor actual performance against targets, analyse variances, and ensure pricing compliance. The role also supports strategic decision-making through insightful financial reporting and collaboration with regional and group stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the EME region.
- Monitor actual financial performance and deliver insightful reports for leadership reviews.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the CEO and Head of Finance.
- Collaborate closely with regional Finance Heads and group-level finance teams.
- Maintain and align Finance and Pricing SOPs and Authority Matrix with group policies.
- Ensure pricing compliance and manage related processes and reporting to Group.
- Oversee HQ cost tracking in partnership with Office Managers to ensure budget control.
- Support ad-hoc tasks, strategic projects, and commercial initiatives across the region.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of two direct reports to drive performance and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency and decision making.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Level of Education required:
- Cert/Diploma - Relevant diploma or certification in Finance or Accounting.
- Bachelor Degree - Bachelor&aposs in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CGMA
- Masters Degree - Preferred but not mandatory; a Masters in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline is an advantage.
Years of experience required:
- 5-7 years of Financial Planning & Analysis in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG sectors
- 5 years of Experience managing Europe, MENAT, or both regions
- 5 years (preferred) of Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG (preferred but not mandatory)
