FP&A Manager | Relocate to Qatar | 100K - 120K plus Full Relocation Package

What You'll Do
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the corporate finance function, supporting a diverse portfolio of hotels. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the group
- Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making, cost optimisation and CAPEX evaluations
- Analysing financial and operational KPIs to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Creating executive-level dashboards and board presentations
- Driving process improvements and steering the adoption of AI and Power BI to enhance FP&A capability
- Partnering with Hotel Finance Directors and cross-functional teams to support business performance and growth
- Ensuring timely, accurate reporting during month-end and year-end cycles
- Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices within hospitality finance
Requirements
- 5+ years of finance/FP&A experience (hospitality experience highly preferred)
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, etc.) preferred
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and dashboard-building skills
- Experience with Power BI, advanced analytics, or AI tools is a major advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
