Job title: Financial Analyst IFRS & FP&A / Financial Reporting Specialist
Key responsibilities:
Consolidated Management Accounts Preparation
- Perform complex consolidation of multiple legal entities across different jurisdictions, including intercompany eliminations (ICO).
- Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts in accordance with IFRS.
- Deliver IFRS 8 segment reporting, including cost allocation across segments and reconciliation between management reporting and statutory results.
- Manage internal audit queries, acting as a liaison between internal auditors and HQ Controlling; prepare technical memos and supporting schedules.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting cycles.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual, Year-on-Year), identifying key drivers such as volume, price, mix, and FX.
- Develop executive dashboards and management reporting packs, translating complex IFRS data into clear KPIs and financial insights for the Board.
- Act as the project client in Power BI dashboard and data visualization automation initiatives.
Key requirements:
Education & Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (DipIFR, ACCA, CIMA/CGMA) is an advantage.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Knowledge in IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting matters to non-finance stakeholders.
