Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FinIQ Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting solutions on the FinIQ platform, ensuring seamless integration with front-to-back office processes in wealth management, structured products, and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the FinIQ platform for Wealth & Asset Management operations.
- Customize FinIQ modules (structured products, order management, pricing, risk, settlement, reporting).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate FinIQ with trading, risk, compliance, and settlement systems.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Implement upgrades, patches, and new modules in FinIQ applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in FinIQ development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of structured products, wealth management workflows, and pricing engines.
- Experience in Wealth & Asset Management domain (portfolio management, fund accounting, compliance, settlements).
- Familiarity with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, structured products.
- Expertise in SQL/Oracle databases and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of integration protocols (FIX, SWIFT, APIs).
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
