AMK Studio is an architecture and construction firm known for delivering refined design solutions and premium execution standards. As part of our ongoing project expansion, we are looking for a Site Operations Finishing Engineer to support site operations on a high-end residential development.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating finishing activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day site workflow in alignment with project requirements.

Core Duties

Coordinate and follow up on finishing and fit-out activities on site

Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and technical teams to maintain progress

Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks

Track site progress and assist in resolving technical or operational issues

Maintain organized reporting and documentation

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

3+ years of relevant site experience in finishing / fit-out

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with good site management capabilities
