Job Description:
- Lead Fire Inspectors.
- Fire system inspections: Perform routine and comprehensive inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to assess compliance with fire codes, safety regulations, and fire prevention standards.
- Hazard identification: identify potential fire hazards, code violations, and areas of non-compliance during inspections.
- Report findings: document inspection results, prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to property owners, managers, or relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration: work closely with fire department personnel, building officials, and other regulatory entities to ensure comprehensive fire safety.
- Frequent daily contact with proponent and outsource team to ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and special instructions.
- Follow the Planning schedule for fire protection inspection program for fire equipment.
- identify problems, locate equipment faults and operating irregularities making the necessary identifications, tests, inspections and analysis.
- Control and maintain outsource for Fire Inspection and concerned department for SAR Facility in the rail station network.
- Attend as a wittiness at site with contractor for Fire Inspection test and commissioning for Fire Protection System Acceptance.
- Perform complex non-routine inspection and tests of fire systems equipment to ensure satisfactory performance.
- Perform high-skilled diagnostic tasks using instrumentation to evaluate detection and suppression system performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on systems deficiencies and/or discrepancies as a result of the inspection and testing or acceptance/re-acceptance of fixed fire protection systems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Basic Qualification:
Associate Degree of Industrial Electronic and control and communication or Equivalent experiences as per HCIS instruction and regulation.
Advanced Qualifications: IFSAC / Pro BOARD Fire Inspection I & II test and Maintenance
Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Specific/ Relevant Experience:
Experience in Fire Operation service and High level of knowledge for Portable Fire Inspection test and Maintenance.
