Fit-out engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fit Out Engineer (3D) based in New Cairo. The Fit Out Engineer will manage 3D design projects, focusing on designing aesthetically pleasing yet functional clinic interiors. Responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models, collaborating with different departments to meet design and construction specifications, and ensuring the final output aligns with brand standards. The role also involves coordinating with contractors and suppliers for project execution and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and aesthetic detailing
• Experience in construction and project management, including coordination with contractors and suppliers
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical documents, and construction specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in healthcare or clinic interior design is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
