We are seeking a high-caliber Junior Sales Interior Designer who possesses a unique blend of aesthetic vision and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming client aspirations into bespoke interior solutions while driving the company's commercial growth.

Key Strategic Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated design consultant, managing the end-to-end client experience from initial conceptualization to final project delivery.
• Design Proposal Development: Synthesize client requirements into sophisticated spatial layouts and design concepts that leverage our custom manufacturing capabilities.
• Revenue Generation: Drive sales targets by effectively articulating the value proposition of our premium materials and technical excellence.
• Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on material selection, finishing, and structural feasibility of customized wooden projects.
• Project Liaison: Collaborate closely with the production team in Obour City to ensure design specifications are executed with absolute precision and quality.
Professional Requirements
• Academic Background: University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Applied Arts.
• Industry Experience: 1–2 years of proven track record in design-led sales or luxury furniture consulting.
• Design Proficiency: Advanced command of industry-standard software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or SketchUp) to produce professional presentations and technical drafts.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, sophisticated verbal and written communication, and a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
• Product Appreciation: A genuine passion for sustainable materials and high-end wood craftsmanship.
