This is a full-time on-site role for a Fit-Out Manager, based in Dubai. The Fit-Out Manager will oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budget control, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of construction techniques, fit-out processes, and safety standards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software for project management and planning
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in managing fit-out projects in commercial, retail, or residential sectors
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and construction standards in Dubai
