Position Overview:
The Fit out Project Engineer will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fitout works for luxury villa projects, ensuring that all works are carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage site activities effectively under the supervision of the Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in executing luxury villa fit out projects from start to completion.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
- Supervise on-site fit out, joinery, and finishing works to maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely progress.
- Monitor daily site activities, ensuring adherence to approved schedules and safety procedures.
- Verify material deliveries and ensure installation complies with project requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.
- Conduct inspections and support the snagging and handover process.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and local authority regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fit out engineering for luxury villas or high-end interior projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
