Role Overview
The Personal Fitness Trainer will provide bespoke one-on-one fitness coaching to a High-Net-Worth Individual in Dubai. The role requires a highly professional, discreet and experienced trainer capable of designing and executing personalised fitness programs, monitoring health metrics, and supporting overall wellness goals. The ideal candidate must be proactive, adaptable, and accustomed to working with VIP / HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Training & Coaching
- Develop individualized fitness programs aligned with the client's goals (strength, conditioning, functional training, mobility, fat loss, etc.)
- Conduct daily in-person training sessions at the residence, gym, or outdoor locations.
- Monitor physical performance, form, progress, and ensure injury-free training.
- Lead warm‑ups, cooldowns, stretching, mobility and recovery sessions.
Health & Wellness Oversight
- Track vital statistics, monitor progress and maintain confidential fitness records.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, supplementation, sleep, and overall wellness (within certification limits).
- Coordinate with nutritionists, physiotherapists, or medical professionals when needed.
Lifestyle Support
- Travel with the principal when required (regional/international).
- Adapt training plans to changing schedules, environments and time zones.
- Ensure the client stays on track with fitness routines despite travel or work commitments.
Equipment Management
- Recommend and maintain fitness equipment for home gym setup.
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized, safe, and well‑maintained.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and an HNI‑appropriate service mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent).
- Minimum 5–7 years experience, preferably with VIP/HNI or executive clients.
- Strong knowledge of strength training, HIIT, functional fitness, conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention.
- Additional certifications in nutrition, physiotherapy, sports massage, yoga, or pilates are a strong plus.
