Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fitness Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Fitness Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and expert guidance.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
- Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey, providing encouragement and accountability
- Educate clients on exercise principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance the overall client experience
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices
- Ability to work in a gender-segregated environment, as per local customs
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness trainer
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of exercise techniques, proper form, and various fitness modalities (strength training, cardio, flexibility)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Proficiency in conducting fitness assessments and goal setting
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work with clients of different fitness levels and backgrounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
