JOB PURPOSE
The Fit-out Engineer will coordinate and manage various fit-out projects, ensuring their timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of existing facilities to ensure their optimal functioning.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Interior Design.
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to fit-out, and maintenance.
- Strategic planning and long-term vision.
- Aware of using project management software, tools and Microsoft software.
- Attention to details and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- 5 Years proven experience in fit-out project management and facility maintenance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute fit-out projects across multiple locations within the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman & Bahrain.
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and project timeline.
- Review architectural and interior design plans to ensure feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
