Job Description Fitout Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fitout Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior and fit-out project execution on-site. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in fit-out work, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams efficiently. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in engineering and project management software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site fit-out executions, including civil, finishing, and MEP works.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure proper implementation of safety measures.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and support overall project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Architectural, or equivalent).

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in fit-out or interior construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques (gypsum, marble, paint, joinery).
• Proven experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating MEP works on-site.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and coordinating drawings.
• Expert use of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar PDF review tools is an advantage.
