Job Purpose
T he role holder is responsible for collaborating with the Marketing departments of CBU and EBU to finalize deployment plans, ensuring alignment with approved CAPEX and resource optimization. Facilitates advanced network capabilities through strategic deployment of FTTH/GPON, modernization of fixed network elements, and development of connectivity plans for mobile sites. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure
Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Marketing departments of CBU and EBU to finalize deployment plans in accordance with approved CAPEX, ensuring strategic alignment and resource optimization with alignment with FOM
- Facilitate deployment strategies for FTTH/GPON and related OLTs, aiming for advanced network capabilities and enhanced service delivery
- Create plans for the replacement of fixed legacy network elements and migration to Modernize network, focusing on modernization and efficiency
- introduce Fixed Services protections to ensure adhering to Design principles,
- Develop connectivity plans for mobile sites using fiberMW, based on comprehensive planning to ensure robust network infrastructure
- Conduct GIS and site surveys if needed in targeted areas of interest to gather critical data for planning and development
- Develop detailed plans, including ISOW and NE, to meet the Yearly demand of BUs, covering all aspects of OSP & ISP deployment within city and exchange plans
- Manage Selecting sites for backbone transport network deployments, including internal data network needs, and design new Long-Distance & Junction Links & Rings, DWDM networks
Manage upgrade of national transport route capacity and exchange of blinded fibers
- Prior experience in Fixed Services Planning within the Telecommunication industry
- Communicate with TSA sector on yearly roadmap for asset management implementation
- Manage developing inventory management deployment / implementation plan
- Prepare and distribute integrated fixed services deployment plans, incorporating ISP deployment strategies and ISP-OSP integration, across all regions
- Establish integrated guidelines for fixed services deployment planning, ensuring consistency and clarity in project execution
- Manage scope and budget meticulously throughout all planning stages, updating yearly project scopes and budgets in planning systems in line with Smart CAPEX outputs
- Organize Interfacing with BUs departments regarding customer location issues, providing high-level OMS cost estimates for approvals post-PD issuance
- Facilitate internal & external relevant stakeholders concerning new town, civil, and utility developments, to ensure efficient planning and cost management
- Ensure quality control over all rollout PDs, including those for FTTH, FTTM, MSAN, etc, maintaining high standards in project documentation
- Develop comprehensive and integrated fixed services network deployment plans for technologies like FTTx/GPON, xDSL, and OLT expansion, as well as MSAN and mobile sites fiber connectivity

A minimum of 8 years
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics
