Job SummaryMirage Rent A Car is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate all administrative, compliance, and regulatory activities related to the company's vehicle fleet. The role is critical to ensuring all vehicles remain fully compliant with UAE traffic laws, insurance requirements, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate vehicle registration, renewal, and deregistration with relevant authorities
- Manage motor insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-ups
- Monitor, process, and settle traffic fines, tolls, and penalties
- Handle black points transfer and clearance related to customer driving licenses
- Coordinate vehicle impound release procedures with traffic authorities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records, licenses, insurance documents, and compliance files
- Liaise with traffic departments, insurance companies, workshops, and service providers
- Track renewal schedules and ensure timely compliance to avoid fines or operational disruption
- Support internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) with fleet-related coordination
- Prepare periodic fleet compliance and status reports for management review
Requirements & Qualifications- Minimum 35 years of experience in fleet coordination, car rental, or automotive administration
- Strong working knowledge of UAE traffic laws, registration, insurance, fines, and impound procedures
- Proven experience handling traffic fines, black points, and insurance claims
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with fleet/ERP systems is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
