About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to join a leading automobile transportation company operating across KSA and Egypt. The company provides comprehensive vehicle transportation services for both individuals and corporate clients, specializing in door-to-door logistics, including airport and seaport transfers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Planing
- Plan, analyze, and prepare for current and future maintenance requirements, including the maintenance budget
- Supervise all truck maintenance activities (periodic, emergency, preventive, accidents, and tires)
- Oversee emergency breakdown follow-ups and direct drivers to the nearest maintenance centers in coordination with Traffic, Fleet Management, and Follow-up teams
- Supervise periodic inspections of trucks according to the maintenance schedule and coordinate maintenance timelines with Operations and Finance
Fleet Safety
- Ensure receipt of new trucks according to required operational specifications
- Coordinate with the Operations Department regarding truck licensing and maintenance requirements
- Monitor and follow up on spare parts and tire needs (short- and long-term), and support the setup of an emergency warehouse to mitigate price fluctuations
Stores / Spare Parts / Tires
- Continuously review warehouse stock levels and request required spare parts
- Monitor tire inventory, request shortages, and prepare reports on tire condition
- Supervise the return of used spare parts to the warehouse
Financial
- Monitor the maintenance budget and ensure adherence
- Implement and oversee the process of receiving and reviewing maintenance invoices in coordination with the Finance Department
Administrative
- Manage, lead, and evaluate the maintenance team
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, with a strong background in managing heavy truck fleets
- Experience with light vehicles is a plus
Courses:
- PMP certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Languages:
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
