Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle and day-to-day management of the London Cab fleet across Cairo and Gouna hubs, ensuring high vehicle availability, safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. The role leads hub-based fleet operations, managing Hub Supervisors in both locations to ensure consistent standards, rapid issue resolution, and uninterrupted support to live operations.

Responsibilities

Fleet Availability & Hub Operations

  • Own overall fleet availability and readiness across Cairo and Gouna hubs
  • Lead, manage, and performance-review Hub Supervisors in each location
  • Ensure hubs operate with standardized processes, staffing models, and defined SLAs
  • Optimize vehicle allocation between hubs based on demand, seasonality, and operational priorities
  • Support live operations by ensuring rapid vehicle replacement, spare availability, and contingency coverage
  • Ensure drivers and vehicles are dispatched in line with operational requirements and hub capacity

Maintenance, Garage & Workshop Management

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all hubs
  • Ensure Hub Supervisors enforce maintenance schedules, repair quality, and turnaround SLAs
  • Manage daily operations of garages and workshops, including fleet checkers and garage workers
  • Monitor downtime, turnaround time (TAT), workshop productivity, and maintenance backlog

Vehicle Compliance, Safety & Risk Management

  • Ensure all fleet vehicles across hubs are fully compliant with licensing, insurance, inspections, and safety regulations
  • Ensure Hub Supervisors conduct regular vehicle checks and audits through fleet checkers
  • Lead accident investigations in coordination with operations, insurance providers, and vendors
  • Track damage trends and implement corrective actions to reduce repeat incidents

Hub Supervisor Leadership & Governance

  • Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and accountability for Hub Supervisors
  • Conduct regular hub audits covering vehicles, drivers, workshops, and compliance
  • Ensure consistent execution of SOPs across all hubs
  • Act as the primary escalation point for hub-level operational, vehicle, or staffing issues
  • Coach Hub Supervisors to improve operational discipline, reporting accuracy, and service quality

Cost Control & Budget Management

  • Manage fleet operating budgets across Cairo and Gouna hubs
  • Track and control maintenance, spare parts, repair, and replacement costs per hub
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising vehicle availability or safety

Asset & Vehicle Lifecycle Management

  • Own end-to-end vehicle lifecycle management across hubs
  • Coordinate vehicle onboarding, deployment, redeployment, and decommissioning
  • Ensure accurate asset registers, service histories, and documentation per vehicle
  • Support long-term fleet planning aligned with business growth and demand patterns

Cross-Functional Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with Live Operations, Control Room, Driver Operations, and Compliance teams
  • Ensure hubs support live operational incidents within agreed SLAs
  • Align fleet availability with demand planning, peak periods, and special events
  • Support driver operations by ensuring vehicle readiness, replacements, and issue resolution

Vendor, Garage & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with OEMs, authorized service centers, and local vendors
  • Oversee insurance providers, inspection partners, and recovery services
  • Ensure vendor SLAs, quality standards, and response times are met consistently across hubs
  • Escalate and resolve recurring vendor performance issues

Reporting, KPIs & Performance Management

  • Track and analyze fleet KPIs by hub, including:
  • Fleet availability percentage
  • Vehicle downtime and MTTR
  • Maintenance cost per vehicle
  • Accident, damage, and repeat repair rates
  • Review daily and weekly hub performance dashboards
  • Use data insights to drive operational improvements and corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, or related field
  • 8-11 years of experience in fleet or asset management
  • Proven experience managing multi-location or hub-based fleet operations
  • Strong understanding of commercial vehicle compliance and maintenance
  • Strong people management and hub leadership skills
  • Safety-first and compliance-driven mindset
  • Highly organized with strong execution discipline
  • Comfortable managing geographically distributed teams
