Job Description

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve performance targets and meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions considering the overall impact on fleet operations.
  • Utilize GPS and telematics systems to optimize routes for efficiency and timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with fuel suppliers, service providers, and equipment vendors.
  • Manage the fleet budget effectively, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team under his supervision.
  • Effectively leads and motivates a diverse team of drivers and support staff.
  • Handles conflicts within the team in a constructive and fair manner.
  • Provide training to staff on the use of implemented technologies.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in (logistics - Supply chain Business Administration) or a related field
  • Special Certification or Training Required: A (Logistics Supply Chain _ transportation) is a plus
  • Minimum 6 Years of Experience
  • Very Good command of Microsoft Suites
  • Very Good command of English (spoken and written)
