Fleet Operations Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Fleet Operations Specialist. The Fleet Operations Specialist will oversee the daily management of the company's fleet operations, ensuring the optimal utilization and maintenance of vehicles. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle assignments, monitoring compliance with regulations, managing fuel consumption, resolving logistical challenges, and analyzing fleet performance. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to ensure efficient fleet operation and delivering detailed reports on fleet activities.

• Fleet management knowledge, including planning, vehicle maintenance, and regulations compliance
• Data analysis and reporting skills to track and improve fleet performance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage and coordinate logistics operations
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Proficiency in technology and fleet management software solutions
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety standards is a plus
• Previous experience in fleet or logistics operations is highly advantageous
