About the Role
A leading luxury automotive brand in Dubai is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow its Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) fleet sales business. This role is responsible for driving B2B sales, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's footprint across corporate, leasing, rental, government, and institutional clients.
This is a senior commercial role requiring strong fleet sales expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills, with a strong understanding of premium automotive brands and CPO business models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the fleet sales strategy for CPO vehicles in Dubai.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, rental agencies, and government entities.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow B2B sales volumes and revenue.
- Manage end-to-end fleet sales cycles including pricing, negotiation, contracting, and delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with used car operations, pricing, marketing, and aftersales teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics for senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term account retention.
Candidate Profile
- 812+ years of experience in fleet sales / B2B automotive sales, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Experience in Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales or used-car fleet business is highly preferred.
- Proven network across:
- Leasing companies
- Corporate fleets
- Rental & mobility companies
- Government & semi-government entities
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly presentable, confident, and professional communicator.
- UAE market experience is essential.
- Valid UAE driving license.
