ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
Automotive Fleet & Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing fleet and corporate vehicle sales. This role focuses on acquiring and retaining key business accounts, Fleet and Corporate Sales, managing tenders and contracts, and delivering tailored mobility solutions to corporate, government, and rental clients. The position plays a critical role in revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute fleet and corporate sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets that are put by Management.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, government, leasing, and fleet accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Respond to and manage RFQs, RFPs, and tenders in line with company guidelines.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for S&MD.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and fleet customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, service-level agreements, and renewal terms.
- Monitor customer performance and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Market & Product Expertise
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company's vehicle lineup, fleet solutions, financing options, and aftersales services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on fleet promotions and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and aftersales teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Support fleet vehicle ordering, Colors, trims, allocation, registration, and delivery processes within Fleet sales Department.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
- Track KPIs such as volume, revenue, margin, customer retention, and contract compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in automotive fleet or corporate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding fleet and corporate sales targets.
- Experience handling corporate contracts, tenders, and key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
