Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Supervisor to oversee and optimize our last-mile delivery fleet operations. This role will be responsible for managing fleet compliance, maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will drive both operational excellence and innovation in our dynamic delivery network.

Key job responsibilities
Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules, safety compliance, and resource allocation
Manage and coordinate with delivery service partners (DSPs) to ensure vehicle availability and operational readiness
Monitor and maintain fleet compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
Coordinate vehicle procurement, registration, and documentation processes
Supervise fleet yard operations, including parking management and loading zone efficiency
Implement and maintain fleet tracking systems and performance metrics
Manage vendor relationships for vehicle maintenance, branding, and other fleet-related services
Create and analyze fleet performance reports to identify areas for improvement
Ensure timely processing of fleet-related payments and documentation
Conduct regular fleet audits and maintain quality control measures

Basic Qualifications :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 3+ years of experience in fleet management or related operational role
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail.
