Responsibilities
- Monitor daily fleet activities and vehicle usage
- Coordinate vehicle assignments, dispatching, and scheduling
- Track vehicle locations using GPS or fleet management systems
- Ensure drivers follow company policies and routes
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, and maintenance
- Prepare reports on fuel usage, mileage, and costs
- Track fleet performance and identify inefficiencies
- Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and licensing documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Accounting
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong quantitative financial skills
