Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flexo Operator based in Dubai. The Flexo Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality labels. Daily tasks include managing print production workflows, performing machine maintenance, troubleshooting printing issues, and meeting production deadlines. The candidate will ensure optimal quality and efficiency in printing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating printing equipment, including knowledge of Printer Support and Print Production processes.
• Skill in Bindery and finishing processes for final product assembly.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Experience in flexographic printing or related roles is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines effectively.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with modern printing technologies.
