Flooring Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flooring Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Flooring Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their flooring needs, promoting and selling flooring solutions, and managing customer relationships. The role also involves tracking market trends, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service will be key components of this role.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Knowledge of flooring products and materials, including their applications across various industries
• Experience in customer relationship management and providing excellent service
• Skills in market analysis and sales strategy development
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
