We are looking for a creative, passionate, and reliable Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a good eye for design, a love for flowers, and the ability to create beautiful arrangements while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and custom designs.
• Prepare flowers by cutting, conditioning, and maintaining them properly.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements based on their needs and budget.
• Take and prepare orders for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, events, and other occasions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive flower shop.
• Monitor flower and supply inventory and minimize waste.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Requirements

• Previous florist experience is preferred.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, dependable, and a positive team player.
