Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Florist, based in Dubai. The Florist will be responsible for creating floral arrangements, designing custom floral pieces, and assisting with decoration for events and occasions. Daily tasks include sourcing and maintaining flowers and plants, collaborating with customers to fulfill their design preferences, and ensuring the quality and freshness of floral products. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the aesthetics of the shop are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design
• A strong sense of Creativity and an eye for detail
• Excellent Customer Service skills to interact with clients effectively
• Experience in Decoration and event setup
• Ability to handle flowers and plants with care and maintain their freshness
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in a floral design role is an advantage
