Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fluent Customer Service Representative (English), located in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally, assisting customers with resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. You will also document and escalate concerns when necessary, while actively contributing to improving customer-facing processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Experience in managing Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of customer loyalty
- Ability to effectively handle communication with diverse groups of customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to provide on-site support in Cairo, Egypt
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
- undergraduates are welcomed as well
