Role Description
This full-time position for a Fluent English Speaker (Customer Support) is a hybrid role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The role involves managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their concerns, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing prompt solutions to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and taking ownership of customer resolutions.
- Technical support knowledge or experience is an advantage, along with basic familiarity with office tools and CRM systems.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet client and customer needs.
- Relevant customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
