As a Flutter Technical Manager, you will lead a high-performing project of mobile engineers to build world-class digital journeys. You will balance deep technical expertise in the Flutter ecosystem with a passion for coaching talent. What You Will Do:-

Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, modular Flutter applications. You'll be the go-to expert for complex state management (Bloc, Riverpod) and performance optimization.

People Growth:

Mentor and coach employees in their career paths. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, aligned with company standards.

Agile Delivery:

Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle within an Agile Pod, ensuring high-quality releases to the App Store and Google Play.

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and Backend teams to translate business vision into technical reality.

Innovation:

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest Flutter features, platform channels, and AI-integrated development tools.

What Will Help You Succeed

Technical Mastery: 10+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 4+ years focused on Flutter and Dart.

Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence.

Architecture Savvy: Deep understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVP patterns, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
